The CCAvenue SoundBox Max supports multiple payment modes, such as:

Card Payments: Credit and debit cards through dip with PIN and contactless NFC card payments with just a Tap on the device. Payments above Rs 5,000 are secured with a PIN entry.

All Visa, MasterCard, and RuPay Credit and Debit Cards are supported. International card payments and Amex card processing is also available on the terminal upon request.

UPI Payments: Static or Dynamic QR payments through any UPI App available with the customer.

Yes, there are limits for certain types of transactions. For Tap and Pay transactions, if the amount exceeds Rs. 5000, a PIN will be required to authorize the payment. Transactions below Rs. 5000 do not require a PIN. All UPI transactions are capped at Rs. 1 Lakh, except for certain business as permitted by RBI.

• The POS device allows you to view and access transactions up to the last 3 months.
• Merchants can share the sales receipt with customers via QR display on the front screen or SMS
• In case of incorrect entry at time of transaction, the merchant can cancel or void the transaction before the batch is settled.
