Infibeam Avenues' Vice President Pramod Ganji declared as one of India's Top 100 Great People Managers by Forbes India

We are proud to inform you that Mr. Pramod Ganji, Vice President - Business Development, Infibeam Avenues Ltd has been declared as one of India's Top 100 Great People Managers 2021 in the latest Forbes India issue. The list of top 100 managers was published post the Great People Managers study conducted by the Great Manager Institute (GMI) in association with Forbes India. A virtual event was held on January 28th, 2022, where the winners were felicitated amongst an audience comprising leading CXOs, founders, and business leaders.
Pramod is an IIMA Alumnus with 16 years of distinguished performance in handling varied functions, including Bank Alliances, Marketing, Sales and Business Development. He leverages his business expertise, marketing insights, and exceptional people management skills to build revenue generating streams from scratch and deliver optimal results for his organization and its clientele. Recognized for his aggressive task-oriented approach and proven ability to face challenges head-on, he is successful in creating and managing strategic business alliances, while building high-performing teams internally.
The Great Manager Institute went through an elaborate process to identify individuals possessing effective managerial skills and organizations that create successful people managers, mainly pertaining to the current scenario which is a witness to rapid changes in the work ecospace and the latest trend of working remotely. Managers from all categories, levels, disciplines, seniority levels, tenure, and age groups, have been included in the list of Top 100 managers. The study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of their people management skills through a multi-layered methodology.
