Our One-Click Sign-up Process:

Step 1. Information Scrutiny
With the help of the email id and mobile number provided, the contact information for the registration is validated and further information is gathered. We also check business details such as information on the products and services offered, their payment collection method, etc. so as to confirm the eligibility of the business for availing our payment gateway services.
Step 2. Document Verification
While the above evaluation is in progress, the merchant can simultaneously update the relevant details for eKYC Verification as listed below:

i. PAN, GSTIN and Payment Settlement Bank   >   Real-time Verification

ii. Other KYC Documents   >   Quick and Easy Uploading facility

iii. Agreement   >   Digital/Aadhaar-based Signature, and Scan & Upload facility
Step 3. Due Diligence
Based on the information gathered in the previous steps, maximum care is taken to approve the merchant based on the risk criteria.
Step 4. Manual Checks
Automating identity checks provides benefits of speed and consistency. However, if the identity information doesn't match records or needs further clarification or confirmation, manual checks are performed. Manual verification processes rely on the additional information procured from the Merchant to validate or justify the details received through Artificial Intelligence.
